What leagues should I load in FM?
Load the top three leagues in France, Germany, Italy and Spain. At this point, you should have around 35,000 – 40,000 players loaded. Failing to load one of the top five leagues will lead to their performance gradually dropping in UEFA competitions as the years progress in your save game.
How do I add more leagues on FM?
To add the new leagues to your save, simply click on the dropdown menu and select the lowest league available you want to load. In the standard database you will be able to load down to the 3. Bundesliga, but with this new file you will have the option to load even more leagues to your save.

View-Only: This mode will only load a limited number of players in the league, and you won’t be able to manage a team there. You can still view the league table, fixtures and stats, though matches are simulated much quicker and in much less detail compared to playable leagues. Transfer activity is also greatly reduced.

Do not add key staff meaning?
basically means club without key staff(ie a scout, a physio etc) have cheif scouts and head physio added.
What’s the difference between playable and view only?
If you select “view only” you’ll only be able to view that league. Not actually manage in it. Where if you select “playable” then you can manage in that league. For example: if Serie A is “View Only” you’ll load those players but you can’t manage Inter, AC Milan, Roma, Juventus etc…..
