This is a good cook top among available brands in my personal opinion. at home we were using Faber Cook top with auto ignition that cost a bomb 6 years ago. At INR 8000 MRP the Kaff model is a delight. I got it for way less than MRP on sale but I will spend more even without sale.

Their customer services do not exist. They discontinue product as when they like… highly recommend to stay away from KAFF even if they give their product at lowest in market because you will never get service.
