Currently there are over 90 Long & McQuade stores across Canada as well as an online store that opened in 2008. The company employs over 1,600 musicians and contracts around 1,000 music teachers across Canada. To this day, the entire company is still 100% owned by the Long family.

How long does it take to repair an instrument?
Most minor repairs should be possible within one to three days (assuming no specially ordered parts are necessary), with more major repairs taking longer. When trying to schedule a major repair such as a repad or an overhaul, be sure to leave at least one week before the instrument is needed.
