Yes, for sure! However, EPLAN is more like a new generation electrical schematics tool. Most companies still rely on legacy tools or AutoCAD to draw schematics. I personally think if you can be good in AutoCAD and Electrical Engineering, you can pick up EPLAN, Zuken, E3, etc pretty easily.
