How do you get a spectrum guide?
If you’re unable to view the full-sized Guide by pressing the Guide button on your remote:
- Press Menu on your remote, highlight Guide using the arrow buttons and then press OK/Select.
- If the issue continues, reboot your receiver by unplugging the power cord and allow at least 60 seconds before plugging it back in.
How do you use Spectrum TV Guide?
Press OPTIONS or the A button on your remote to access Guide Options when the full screen Guide is displayed. Select Filter Channels and choose a category (All Channels, Favorites, Sports, Movies, Kids & Family, News). The Guide will list channels within that category.
Is spectrum a GAC?

Why can’t I get the guide on my TV?
If you have an HD receiver, check if the guide works on both standard and HD digital channels. If the guide does not appear on HD channels and you are using non-HD cables (e.g., coax or RCA cable), you will need to adjust your settings (see Why doesn’t the menu/guide come up now that I have an HD/DVR receiver?).

Why is my guide button not working?
Make sure your remote control is in the correct source mode. Press the CBL button on your remote control and then press the Guide or Menu button again. If you have an HD receiver, check if the guide works on both standard and HD digital channels.
