How do you access assignments on Raz-Kids?
Students can access their assignments in the My Assignments area on Kids A-Z. Visit the Get to Know the Student Portal page to learn more about Kids A-Z.
Can I download books from Raz-Kids?
You can download and save the recordings to your computer as mp3s, too. By becoming a member of Raz-Plus, you gain access to printable versions of the books on Raz-Kids as well as thousands of other digital and print resources to support reading instruction.
How do I add books to Raz-Kids?
There are 3 ways to assign digital resources on the Raz-Plus website.
- Main Resource Pages. Hover over resource thumbnails to automatically assign that eBook or eResource and the “Assign” button will appear in an orange box.
- Individual Resource Pages.
- Search.
How do I assign an assignment in Raz?
Assignments Feature
- Click the Assign button on a resource page and choose the students or student groups in your roster that you want to receive the assignment.
- Add resources to a collection that is immediately assignable by selecting the Add To button. The collection can be accessed later in the File Cabinet.
What is level up assignment on Raz-kids?
Level Up! contains a collection of books that students can complete to automatically advance to the next Learning A-Z reading level. Students automatically Level Up! once they listen and read all the books, and pass the comprehension quiz with a score of 80% or higher.
Is reading A to Z free?
Key to any leveled reading program, leveled books support instruction in comprehension, vocabulary, close reading of text, and more. You can have access to all their books for free for 14 days as trial.
What is the difference between Raz-Kids and Raz-Kids Plus?

How do students record themselves reading on Raz-kids?
While reading a Raz-Kids Leveled Book, students can choose to record themselves either for fun or to send to their teacher for grading. Students simply select the Record button from the Read page, follow the prompts to test the microphone, and begin reading aloud.
