Can I bring my bike to MRT?
Foldable bicycles/personal mobility devices must be folded at all times in the MRT/LRT stations, bus interchanges/terminals and on trains and buses. Motorised personal mobility devices must be switched off when brought on board trains and buses.
Can you take a bike on the Washington Metro?
Bicycles are welcome on Metrorail during all hours; however, we encourage bicyclists to be considerate of other customers and adhere to these rules when traveling with a bicycle. Bikes are not allowed on crowded railcars. Use good judgment and only board cars that can comfortably accommodate you and your bicycle.
Does DC metro allow bikes?
Metro has three secure Bike & Ride facilities at historically high bike-to-rail stations: College Park, East Falls Church, and Vienna. Together, Metro’s Bike & Rides offer secure parking for about 270 bikes, with space for expansion to meet future demand.
Can I take my bike on the U-Bahn?
Bikes can be taken along in S-Bahn and U-Bahn trains and in regional trains. Please enter only in the doors displaying the bike logo. Drivers reserve the right to deny a bike if space is limited.
Can I take a folding bike on the bus?
Most bus services in the UK will allow folding bikes, and a few will let you bring non-folding bikes on board. Whichever the service allows, the decision is ultimately the driver’s. If the bus is too busy the driver can say no.
Can you take folding bikes on trains?
Fully folding bikes with wheels up to 85cm are allowed on all trains – no restrictions and no need to reserve a space. The only rule is that you must be able to carry the bike onto the train and fit it in the luggage rack.
How do I put my bike on the bus?
Make eye contact, nod, point to your bike, and give a friendly wave. Wait for the bus driver to acknowledge you before you step in front of the bus to approach the rack. Fold up your bike and take it on board with you, alternatively. If your bike can be folded up or collapsed, you can usually board the bus with it.
Can you get around LA on a bike?
Plus pedestrians and vehicles are liable to appear suddenly from driveways, entryways and from around corners at any time and into your way. Biking on sidewalks is also illegal in different cities across the region — it’s legal in L.A. city, for example, but against the law in Santa Monica and Manhattan Beach.
Can you put a moped on a train?
No. Trains are not permitted to carry any petrol–powered vehicles, for safety reasons.
Do I have to pay extra for a bike on the train?

Can I take cycle in train?
Yes. There are two ways. Legally: Book your bicycle and let the railway staffs put it into the luggage compartment. Get the receipt and show it at the destination station to receive your bicycle.
